History
Christopher J. Cook started his legal career helping families through the very difficult and emotional experience of family law, from there he has continued to help families and their loved ones by helping them plan for the future to safe guarding their property, avoiding the costly expense of probate and statutory fees.
The Law Offices of Christopher J. Cook opened in 2012 in Sacramento, Ca and has recently moved to and set up an office in Novato, Ca. where he hopes to bring the same knowledge and experience to help the families in his new community plan for their future.

Owner/Founder
Christopher J. Cook
Chris is the owner of the Law Offices of Christopher J. Cook. After graduating with distinction from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, California Christopher obtained his Juris Doctorate. He earned a Tax Concentration while in law school, focusing his studies on estate planning and tax. After law school Chris started his practice in family law and civil litigation before opening his firm in 2012 with a focus on trusts and estates.
While in law school, Chris studied abroad in Salzburg, Austria, under the United States Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy.
Chris obtained his undergraduate degree from University of California, Davis, where he majored in psychology.
Chris was born and raised in Modesto, until moving to Sacramento to attend law school. He is raising his family in Novato where he enjoys cooking, traveling, sports, and trying to keep up with his three little boys.
